In loving memory of Andrew John Lowell who, having been born on Easter Sunday, April 8, 1928, made faith and family the center of his world. Lowell passed away on June 28, 2021, just days after celebrating his 66th wedding anniversary. A Navy Seabee who serviced airplanes in WWII and enjoyed a long career in the oil and gas industry, Lowell could be counted on to fix almost anything and was known by his family as the "CEO of Bid-Low Construction." He is survived by his wife, Elsie Evans Lowell, daughters Terri Lowell (Don Skillern) and Patty Lowell, brother James Lowell (Donna), and much-loved nieces and nephews. His granddaughters Tess and Bridget O'Leary were the light of his life. A funeral mass will be held on July 6 at 2:00 pm at Christ the King Parish in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Burial will follow on July 7 at 12:00 pm at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Porta Caeli House, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
