After a brief illness, Ann Marie (de Verges) Winters died on Friday, May 8, 2015 in Tulsa.   Ann was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on January 29, 1954. A long-time resident of Tulsa, She was a graduate of Monte Cassino High School and attended the University of Oklahoma. Ann enjoyed generously sharing with her family and friends. Ann was employed as a job developer at AARP.  She was preceded in death by her father, G. Leonard de Verges; and former husband, Harley W. Winters. She is survived by son, Jordan Walker Winters; long-time companion, Randy Dusenbury; her mother, Hilda C. de Verges; and siblings, George L. de Verges and wife, Jolene, Eugene P. de Verges and wife, Mardi, Gregory P. de Verges, Guy A. de Verges and wife, Stephanie, Louise (de Verges) Anderl and husband, Bob, and Stephanie M. de Verges and Sandy Thomas; as well as nine nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by many cousins, friends, and co-workers.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Christ the King, 1520 S Rockford Avenue in Tulsa on Tuesday, May 12 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that donations be made in Ann's memory to the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless.
