Her daddy called her "Angel", to her mom she was her "sweet Anna", her friends sometimes called her" Anna Banana", to all she was a kind, generous, loving soul.
While Isaac shared a "twin-telepathy", Faith shared a sisterly bond with their good-natured sister who could never stay mad, and soon the three of them would be laughing. Her beauty lay not only in her beautiful brown eyes but her generous spirit and sweet smile. She was always giving – of her time, her friendship, her kindness- never asking for anything in return.

As a junior at Bishop Kelley, she had already completed over 350 service hours, volunteering at Catholic Charities, Little Light House, and Animal Rescue Foundation. She spent her time with friends working on Link Crew, Student Council, Key Club, and Comet Ambassador. She played with her friends running cross country and track, golfing, managing the girls volleyball team, and playing club volleyball. She shared her faith by working as Leader at the Freshmen Retreat and attending Search Retreat. She was especially proud of completing Outward Bound last summer.

Anna Lucinda Cook was 17 years young. She is preceded in death by her father John Cook. She is survived by her mother Brenda, sisters Catherine Davis of Bethel Acres, OK, Faith Cook of Tulsa, OK, her brothers Quannah Underwood of Yukon, OK. and Isaac Cook. She is also survived by nieces Haiden, Bayle, Ashlyn, & Rivers, and nephews Braden and Jarret, many friends and a community who loves her.

Donations may be made in her name to Catholic Charities, Little House, or Bishop Kelley High School.

A funeral mass will be held Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 11:00 at the Church of St. Mary.
