Anna Maude Schmidt was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great grandmother and friend passing from this life on January 15, 2023. Dying of natural causes at age 93 years old, she is survived by four children, eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was married for 69 years to her deceased husband William Charles Schmidt. Anna devoted her years to raising her children and teaching Montessori pre-school and kindergarten. She taught kindergarten at St. Anne Catholic School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Anna is remembered for her steadfast values, prayer life and Catholic lived faith. She prayed the rosary every day for the wellbeing of each one of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She quoted often Saint Padre Pio words "Pray, hope and don't worry" to those she knew and met. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. May you rest in the arms of God our Creator in heaven. Pray for us.
