Anne Margaret
Kane
June 28, 1954 – May 26, 2026
Anne Margaret Kane (Reilly), 71, of Tulsa, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2026, surrounded by the love of her children after a courageous journey with cervical cancer.
Born on June 28, 1954, in New York City, Anne was known for her warm heart, quick smile, and the way she made people feel cared for wherever she went. She had a natural kindness that drew people in, and she spent much of her life putting others before herself.
Anne was a devoted mother to Wesley Kane Jr., Stephanie Kane, and Stephen Kane; a beloved sister to Geraldine Free and Dorothy Breitenbach; and a loving aunt to Dana Free and Meredith Free. Her family was the center of her world, and she found joy in life's simple moments: long conversations, checking in on the people she loved, and spoiling her son's dog, Amare.
She also deeply cherished her years working for Delta Air Lines, where the friendships she built meant so much to her. Anne truly loved the people she worked with and carried those friendships close to her heart, especially her dear friends in Atlanta.
Anne's family will remember her for her warmth, resilience, sense of humor, and unwavering love. Even through difficult moments, she carried herself with grace and continued putting others before herself. She showed those around her what strength, perseverance, and unconditional love truly look like.
She is survived by her loving children, family members, and dear friends who will carry her memory with them always. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Dorothy Reilly, and her brother, Ronald Reilly.
Though her absence leaves an immeasurable ache, the love she gave so freely remains woven into the lives of all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of Anne's life will begin with a Visitation at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 1, 2026 at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel followed by a Graveside service at1:45 p.m., at Calvary Cemetery. In honor of Anne, the family asks that those who knew her share kindness freely, love deeply, and cherish their families.
