Anne G. Wukovits passed away peacefully on January 13, 2016. She resided at The Parke Assisted Living in Tulsa, OK. Anne was born on November 24, 1921 to Joseph and Anna Straczynski in Mishawaka, Indiana. She married William A. Wukovits on September 9, 1944 in Mishawaka. They lived in South Bend, Indiana. William died on December 8, 1991. Anne will most be remembered for her graceful demeanor, contagious smile, and love of God and family. She is survived by her three children: Mary (Robert) Hopkins, Southern Pines, NC, Anne (Paul) Waruszewski, Broken Arrow, OK, and William (Deborah) Wukovits, Aiken, SC; nine grandchildren: Katharine, Julie, William, Andrew, Evan, Ryan, Kristen, Kevin, and John; also 11 great-grandchildren: Bryce, Elise, Kendall, Ainsley, Austin, Calan, Jackson, Genevieve, Paolo, Charlotte, and Maya. A memorial mass will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 16 at The Church of St. Mary, 1347 E. 49th Pl, Tulsa, OK 74105. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Rivercross Hospice, 9820 E. 41st St., Suite #400, Tulsa, OK 74146.
