Barbara Jane Stroud went to be with her heavenly Father on June 12, 2018. Barbara was born in Tulsa, OK on July 21, 1943 to Murray and Louise Belcher. When she was just 5 years old she met the boy who would later become her loving husband. Barbara grew up in Tulsa, OK graduating from Central High School. She always loved to sing and sang in the Glee and Opera clubs. She married Logan and they began their life together and eventually started a family. She was a stay-at-home mom and her children were the center of her life. She loved all of her family and was a wonderful example of how to love unconditionally. Later in life, she enjoyed working in accounting to help support her children's love of education. Barbara was a lifelong member of The Church of the Nazarene. She served the church in many capacities including children's ministries and singing in the choir.



She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Logan; her children Alan Stroud and Susan (Spring, TX); Amy Stroud (Tulsa, OK); Angela York and Gerry (Anchorage, AK); Adam Stroud and Judy (Landenberg, PA); and Penny Sanders (Tulsa, OK); her grandchildren Megan, Bethany and Blake Stroud; Gracie, Alexa and Gage York; and Nathan and Lucas Stroud; sisters Pat Ogden and Dale (Tulsa, OK); Murlene Rohlmeier (Fort Smith, AR); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Murray and Louise Belcher, her brother, Tom Belcher, and her brother-in-law, Bill Rohlemier.
