Chalkin, Beatrice, 102, of Tulsa, passed from this life, on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.  A service will be held at a later date in her home state of New Jersey.

Beatrice is survived by two sons, and their wives; Dr. Marc Chalkin, and his wife, Rina, and Dennis Chalkin, and his wife, Hillary, four grandchildren; Dr. Brian Chalkin, and his wife, Patti, Nanci Kasianko, and her husband, Mauricio, Max Chalkin, and Charlie Chalkin, five great grandchildren; Mike, Drew, and Sydney Kasianko, and Zach, and Kate Chalkin, and special friends; Judy, Jane, Mora, Kara, Dr. Dana Morrel, and the staff at Utica Park Clinic.  A very special thank you to the staff at Legend of Tulsa Hills, especially to Rose, Angie, Paula, and Danielle.  Thanks so much to the entire staff at Miller Hospice for their care, and love.

She was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, Irving, brother, Nathan, and sister, Sally.

Beatrice was strong, and smart.  She lived a very long, healthy, and happy life enjoying each day while loving her children, and grandchildren.  She will be missed by all who knew and love her.
