Billie Noelene Stice, 68, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. She was born August 21, 1943 to William Noel Secrist and Hazel Marie Sayers who preceded her in death. She is survived by; son, Jeff Stice, Sand Springs, OK; daughters, Shonda Hughes, Tulsa, OK and Rhonda Ward, Sand Springs, OK; and sister, Dorla Walker, Jenks, OK; and 6 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 16, 2012 at Olivet Baptist Church, 155 N. 65th W. Ave. Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 918-291-3500
