Blake Alan Woolf, age 69, passed away on October 15, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on October 18, 1951 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Lowell Arthur Woolf and Patsy Jean (Vivers) Woolf. He graduated from Rogers High School and the University of Tulsa.

Blake had a life-long passion for running and worked for years as a flight instructor. After his retirement, he spent several years rebuilding classic sports cars and loved Sunday morning drives. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife Carrie Johnson and a sister Jan Berg.

Funeral services will be a small graveside gathering at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 29, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
