SAAVEDRA, Blanca Rosa, 95, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2012 in Eufaula, OK. Blanca was born September 9, 1916 in El Jicaro, Guatemala to Victor Manuel Fratti and Concepcion Leon. She is preceded in death by; her parents, husband of 74 years, Carlos Saavedra, 2 daughters and a grandson. She is survived by; sons, Carlos E. Saavedra and wife Alma, Edinburg, TX, and Victor Saavedra and wife Cheryl, Olathe, KS; daughters, Delores Victor and husband Dick, Gardner, KS, Alba Morales and husband Marco, Leawood, KS and Patricia Hardy and husband Chuck, Tulsa, OK; sister, Mirta Proctor, West Covina, CA; 16 grandchildren; and, several great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 5:00-8:00pm Friday, August 31, 2012 and the funeral service will be held 10:30am Saturday, September 1, 2012 both at
