Brian James Douglas, age 56, died at home on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brian was born on March 23, 1966 in Tulsa, to parents George and Irene. He graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1988. Brian participated in the Charlie Allen Bowling League, Special Olympics and the Steve Pitts Saturday Night Dance Group for several years. Brian worked at The Bridges Foundation in Jenks, OK for 18 years. His family and friends will always remember him for his love of music, model trains, holidays, attending Mass, singing, and being at home. Brian loved his family as much as his family loved and adored him. He was the happiest and most loving person you could ever meet. He is survived by his parents, George and Irene Douglas, brothers Dan and Alan (Susie) Douglas. Brian is also survived by his nieces, and nephews: Catherine, Elizabeth (Michael), Matthew (Madison), Rebecca (Makenzie), Gregory, Michael, and Katie. Great-nieces: Amethyst, Fae, and Csilla. A rosary, preceded by a viewing, will be held at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel on Sunday, February 19 at 6:00pm. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00am on February 20, at Saint Anne's Catholic Church, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Bridges Foundation, Jenks, OK (
