SAAVEDRA, Carlos Alfonso, 94, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010 in Tulsa, OK. He was born October 25, 1915 in Sansare, Guatemala to PorFirio Saavedra and Sixta Portillo Saavedra. He was preceded in death by; parents, 2 daughters and a grandson. He is survived by; wife of 74 years, Blanca R. Saavedra, of the home; children, Carlos Saavedra and wife Alma, Edingburg, TX, Dolores Victor and husband Dick, Gardner, KS, Victor Saavedra and wife Cheryl, Olathe, KS, Alba Morales and husband Marco, Leawood, KS and Patricia Hardy and husband Chuck, Tulsa, OK; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
