Obituary

Caroline Campbell passed away on the Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe, December 12, 2018 at the age of 80.  Born in Penn Yan, N.Y. September 20, 1938 to Laverne & Ethel Sisson.  Beloved wife, Caroline was married for over 60 years to Richard Campbell.  They met at Freeman Business School in Geneva, N.Y.  Together they raised one son and 2 daughters.  She retired from the U.S. Treasury Dept. in 1995 after 25 years of government service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers John, Carlton and Gary Sisson and son Stephen Campbell.  Survivors include husband Richard, daughter Sharon and husband Philip Crandell, daughter Michele and husband Diego Robledo, daughter in-law Tracey Campbell, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Caroline was an ongoing member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Parish and the Tulsa community since 1983.  She was an active singer in her church choir and she taught 1st graders religious education.  Caroline prepared meals for the volunteers who worked on St. Bernard's Habitat Houses over the course of 15 years.  She volunteered for over 25 years at St. Francis Hospice.  Caroline was also an active member at her local YMCA where she enjoyed swimming in her water aerobics classes.  She loved all of her pets over the years but especially her Noni.

The Family would like to thank St. Francis Hospital Cardiovascular Intensive Care staff for the tremendous care that Caroline received.

Visitation Sunday, December 16, 2-4 p.m. at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel.  Vigil service and Rosary held Sunday, December 16, 7:00 p.m. at St. Bernard's.  Funeral mass held Monday, December 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
