Obituary
Catherine "Kay" Theresa (Abear) Prader, was born April 3, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois, to Florence and Catalino Abear. Kay passed away January 12, 2013, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 88, in the presence of her loving family.
Preceded in death by her husband James E. Prader, brother Manuel Abear, and grandson Amos Poole, she is survived by her brother Michael Abear, four children and their spouses: Jemina Lotti (John) Tulsa, OK, Susan Poole (Amos) Chicago, IL, Mary Prader, Broken Arrow, OK, & James Prader (Sherry), Wayne, OK, 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Kay was a combination of kindness, selflessness and love.
Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 19, 2013, at Holy Family Cathedral. Interment will be in River Grove, IL, at St. Joseph Cemetery.
