Chad Allen Johnson, 48, of Tulsa, OK passed away on Friday, May 28th, 2021. He was surrounded by his loved ones at home. Chad was born on April 7th, 1973 in Oklahoma City, OK to Coral Smith. While he spent most of his life in the Oklahoma City area, he also lived in California, Florida, Texas, and Arkansas, settling in Tulsa in 2014.

Chad was an avid and skilled dart player, he was known to his dart friends as "Ocho". He enjoyed participating in dart tournaments, more so for the camaraderie rather than winning. He liked all kinds of movies, music, and cartoons. His favorite yearly get-away was floating the river with friends and his family. His two best buddies, dogs Cooper and Dexter, were always close by him. He cherished spending time with family and friends the most. He liked joking around, and his laugh was infectious. He knew no strangers, he was always generous, and always smiling.

He is survived by his wife, Lyndsi Johnson; his children Trevor Smith, Carla Day, Cody Day (Megan), Bryce Day (Samantha), and Katelyn Johnson; grandchildren Matthew, Richard and Alana Swearengin, and Allison Day; mother Coral Johnson; father Larry Johnson; brother Adam Johnson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his sister Nancy Johnson; grandson Jaxson Day; and cousin Ashlyn Smith.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 9th at 2pm at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 3612 E. 91st Street South, Tulsa.
