Charles Alan Alcott, age 91, died on Monday, May 22nd, 2023, peacefully at Home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Charles was born on November 29, 1931, in St. Louis, Missouri, to parents Walter Alcott and Helen Crow. He received a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, from Washington University. Charles moved to Tulsa, OK after meeting Dorothea Mae Schulte, and got Married. He accepted a position as a Chemist at Arco, where he worked for more than 20+ years. Charles was deeply involved in antiquing for the majority of his life. He enjoyed Jazz music, fishing, and Cardinal Baseball games. His family and friends will always remember him as a #1 Cardinal fan and "Papa". He was survived by Dorothea, his wife; and 4 Children: Matt Alcott, Daniel Alcott, Janet Altamirano, and John & Jennifer Alcott. As well as his numerous grandkids; Jack & Marina Alcott, Jenna & Oscar Sanchez, Josie Alcott, Jordyn Mae Alcott, Johnny Alcott, Jenevieve Alcott, Julia Oswald, Isaac Altamirano and many numerous friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
