Charles was born in Tulsa on December 15, 1932 to Catherine (Momyer) and Charles F. Bisett, Jr. His parents and beloved wife, Donna Bisett preceded him in death. Charles is survived by two sons, Christopher D. Bisett (Brenda) and her children, Alison and Adam and great-grandson Xavier Michael, all of Frederick, MD; Steven M. Bisett (Tarra) and children, Taylor and Cameron of Seattle, WA; his brother Daniel M. Bisett (Mary) and children, Andrea Colpitts (Greg) and children, Lauren, Tommy, Marybeth, and Lindsey; Daniel M. Bisett, Jr. (Celia) and children, Daniel and Elizabeth; Deirdre Dinelli (Dave) and children, Evan and Danica all of Tulsa, OK; his sister Patricia Bunting Shafer and children, Anthony, Aric, and Katie of Red Bluff, CA; a brother, Dennis W. Bunting (Susan) of Vacaville, CA; and niece, Kathy McClain Mendonca (Shayne) and children, Connor, Riley, and Moises of Concord, CA.

Charles graduated from Cascia Hall Preparatory School and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Tulsa. After proudly serving his country in the army, he received his law degree from the University of Tulsa School of Law. He was also a proud and life-long supporting member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Charles spent most of his life working in the oil industry. His career began with Skelly Oil in Tulsa and ended with Atlantic Richfield (ARCO in Los Angeles, where he retired as Executive Manager of Employee Benefits & Relations in 1996. Charles and Donna relocated to Rogers, AR, in 1997 to enjoy their retirement. During these years, Charles remained active in the local community. He served as President of the Prairie Creek Homeowners Association and also as a volunteer in all national and local elections.

Charles has always been known for his devotion and generosity to family and friends. After moving back to Tulsa, Charlie enjoyed connecting with old classmates and friends, as well as making new friends. Weekly bridge at 2300 brought back his love of the game; he looked forward to these days. Sunday Brunch with Dan and Mary was almost always a regular event. We loved having Charlie join us for holidays and family celebrations. We will miss you, Uncle Charles!

He and his wife, Donna, will be buried together in the family plot at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Tulsa, OK. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 31st at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Cathedral in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
