Clement Stephen Jesse Kozak, age 69, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa.

He was born February 11, 1956, in Tulsa, OK, the son of Phillip and Imogene Kozak. Preceding him in death were his parents.

Surviving are his brother, James of Tulsa; and sister, Kathleen Hooten and Carlin; nephew, Jeff Carpenter, Tulsa, OK; niece, Jayna Self of Nixa, MO; three great nephews, Jewell, Andrew and Hunter; and great niece, Hannah.

Steve grew up in Tulsa and graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1974. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO, St. Gregory's College, in Shawnee, OK, and St. Vincent College, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He was a Benedictine monk.

Steve worked for the State of Oklahoma and State of Washington. After retirement he moved back to Tulsa.

Funeral services will be held at Holy Family Cathedral, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
