Coleman Robison passed away on December 17, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on January 7, 1943, in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and lived a life defined by intellectual excellence, service to his community, and devotion to family and faith.
A proud Oklahoman, Coleman graduated from the University of Oklahoma, completing his undergraduate degree in just three years. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating with honors. He built a distinguished and long-lasting legal career in Tulsa, where he was widely respected as a thoughtful, principled, and highly skilled attorney-commonly referred to as a legal rock-star.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Coleman was deeply committed to Jewish life in Tulsa. He was instrumental in the formation and strengthening of several Jewish institutions and was an active and dedicated member of the Tulsa Jewish community for decades. His leadership, vision, and steady guidance left a lasting impact that will be enjoyed for generations.
Coleman was a devoted father and grandfather, and a source of wisdom, integrity, and encouragement to those who knew him. He will be remembered for his sharp mind, strong moral compass, keen sense of humor, and unwavering commitment to both his profession and his community.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 21st, in the Burnstein Auditorium at Zarrow Pointe in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to celebrate his life.
He is survived by his sons, Todd and Brian Robison, and his grandchildren, Sydney, Samara, Elijah, and Noah Robison, who will cherish his memory and continue to honor the legacy he built through a life of purpose and service.
