Colleen Elizabeth O'Malley Burke was born August 30, 1929, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to James Edward and Anna Margeret (Niklas) O'Malley. She died January 20, 2017, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is survived by her children Kathleen Burke, Marblehead, MA, Diane Patterson and her husband Robert, Inola, Oklahoma, Jim Burke, Jr. and his wife Kiki Kilgore, Ada, Oklahoma, Linda Bott, Hurst, Texas, her grandchildren Jennifer O'Carroll, Jeffrey Gower, Stephen Gower, Matthew Gower, Burke Kennedy, Katie Bott and Elizabeth Burke, great grandchildren Sophie Gower, Makenna O'Carroll and Malley O'Carroll, great great-grandchild Vincent Gower. Her Brother James Edward O'Malley, Jr. and his wife Linda, her sister Janie Ritchie, and husband Jack.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Oma O'Malley, and her sister Patricia Mocha.
Our mother had many passions in life enjoying travels with family and the companionship of her pets. She will be dearly missed but always in our hearts.
Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to DRESS FOR SUCCESS Tulsa. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Calvary Cemetery.
