Connie Sue Packard, 70, of Tulsa, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
She was born on May 28, 1949, in Ottawa, Kansas, the daughter of David Elliott and Peggy Sue (Smith) Johnson.
On June 21, 1997, she married the love of her life, Mark Packard, and they shared a wonderful life together.
Connie was an avid golfer, and CWGA member. She enjoyed being outdoors. Boating on the lake, and fishing were some of her favorite things to do.
She had recently retired as the records manager from WPX Energy, and was extremely proud of her career and accomplishments.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She has a very large group of additional "kids" that she loved and supported, and cherished being a part of their lives. These are kids of friends, friends of kids, anyone who needed a little motherly influence in their lives, and everyone of them calls her "mom".
Connie had many friends, some of them literally life-long friends. She was a baptized Christian, and was a member of Eastside Christian Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Mark, three sons, Rick Clutter, and his wife, Jessica, Mike Clutter, and Pepper Clutter, and his wife, Jennifer, grandchildren, Oakley, Xavier, Tyler, Jayden, Alexandria, Jeremiah, Elizabeth, and Erris, great-granddaughter, Ziyah, two sisters, Johnnie Buck, and her husband, Allan, DeEtt Hobbs, and her husband, Bruce, four nieces and nephews, eight great nieces and nephews, brother in law, David Packard, and his wife, Jan, and her mother in law, Jane Packard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her father in law, Bob Packard.
