James Daniel Leek , age 71, died on July 31, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Dan was born on July 18, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to parents William (Bill) and Margie Leek. He graduated from Memorial High School in the class of 1971, then furthered his education by obtaining a degree in Business Administration B.A., from North Eastern University. In Tulsa, accepted a position as a Inside Sales Rep at John Crane Inc, where he worked for more than 37 years . On May 27, 1989, he married Diane Marie Moran, and they made their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Dan was deeply involved in church for the majority of his life. He loved architecture, music and history. His family and friends will always remember him as a kind and loving father.

He is survived by his children Joseph Leek, Michael Leek and wife Lindsay Leek, Tracee Colston and husband Tyler Colston; grandchildren Max and Rory Phillips. As well as, his brothers William "Bill" Leek, John Leek, and Tom Leek.

He is preceded in death by Diane Leek, Bill & Margie Leek, and Joe & Joan Moran.

A rosary will be held 6 pm Sunday, August 4, at Church of the Resurrection. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, August 5th, at Christ the King Catholic Church.
