Daniel Gomez, 48, passed away November 2, 2013 in Tulsa OK, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Tulsa OK to Mike and Donna Gomez, where he grew up and attended Bishop Kelley High School. After high school Daniel moved to Colorado where he met his wife, Angelia. His educational and artistic passions led him to earn a Bachelors of Horticulture at Oklahoma State University, and a Masters of Landscape Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. Daniel's adventurous nature lead him and his family to various locations, including: Breckenridge CO, Stillwater OK, Wichita KS, Kansas City MO, Norman OK, West Palm Beach FL, and Tulsa OK. Daniel was an astonishing artist and made his living creating beauty through his landscaping. Daniel strode every day to make a difference in the world, which he did through loving and raising his four children who will carry on his love and memory for years to come.
He is survived by his wife Angelia, daughter Brittney and her husband Matthew, sons: Ryan, Brandon, and Devon. He is also survived by his parents Mike and Donna, and brothers: Matthew of Tulsa OK, Andrew and wife Barbara of Jacksonville FL, and Paul and wife Emily of Seattle WA.
Daniel was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and a friend to all. He was always there to give a smile and a helping hand. He will be greatly missed and remain forever in our hearts.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. November 7th, with funeral services November 8th at 10 a.m. at Saint Catherine Church, 4532 S 25th W Ave, Tulsa OK 74107.
