Daniel Joseph Norman, 41, of Tulsa, passed away on November 19th, 2022 after a prolonged illness. He was born on October 3,1981 to John and Kathy Norman.
Known to his friends as "Mojo," Daniel attended Booker T Washington (c/o 2000), where he distinguished himself in Russian language class and on the Academic Bowl team. He was renowned for his sharp wit and ability to casually excel at any activity he undertook. Daniel extended his studies at the University of Oklahoma and the Defense Language Institute, becoming fluent or conversant in six languages. As a Petty Officer 1st Class linguist in the US Navy, he used his language skills in service around the world. He later studied cybersecurity and worked as an investigator. Before his illness progressed, he had wished to use his expertise to help the Ukrainian people.

He was preceded in death by his father John and is survived by his mother, three brothers, his sister, two nieces, and two nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at Fitzgerald Funeral Home Ivy Chapel on Friday, December, 2 at 4PM.
