Wayne David Snodgrass, age 64, died on July 30th, 2024. David Snodgrass was born on July 27th, 1960 to parents Susan Snodgrass and Wayne Snodgrass. He graduated from Will Rogers High School then furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma where he played the sousaphone in the band. He later obtained a degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1989 and passed his CPA exam shortly after. In August of 1999, David had his first child Kiersten Renee Snodgrass. His second, William David Snodgrass, followed one year later in October of 2000. He always loved his children very much. In 2001, David accepted a position to be the Chief Financial Officer at Steel Service Oilfield Tubular where he worked more than 20 years. For most of his life, or as long as everyone can remember, David was deeply in love with fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family, traveling the United States, watching OU football and running. His family and friends will always remember him as a loyal, honest, caring, and loving man who lit up every room he walked into. He would always make the best out of every moment and gave the world to everyone around him.
He is survived by mother Susan Snodgrass, father Wayne Snodgrass, sister Rebecca Metcalfe, sister Elaine Spikes, sister Martha Daugherty, brother Sam Snodgrass, daughter Kiersten Snodgrass, and son William Snodgrass.
A funeral is scheduled for 11:00am on August 14th, 2024 at the Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. Flowers can be sent directly to the funeral home on August 14th. Broken Bow Lake Memorial donations can be made at
