Donnie was born on July 9, 1958 in Tulsa to Lloyd Donal Barbee and June Etta Barbee. He attended Central High School in Tulsa. Donnie was a Master Brick Mason and Stone Setter for Flintco and Brazeal Masonry, both in Tulsa.
He is survived by: two brothers, Danny Barbee and David Barbee; three daughters, Teaa Jackson, Rhonda Romero and Donelle Barbee; son Billy Jackson; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He loved spending time with his granddaughter, Tearra Reed.
Donnie was preceded in death by: father, Lloyd Donal Barbee; mother, June Etta Barbee; brother, Dean Barbee; sister, Sherry Lynn Barbee; and stepmother, Betty Barbee.
