FITZPATRICK, Donna O., 83, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. She was born April 26, 1929 in Lawrenceville, IL to Ivan Mayfield and Sarah Cook Mayfield, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Fitzpatrick, brother, Ivan "Doc" Mayfield and granddaughter, Emily Shilt. She is survived by; daughters, Cathy Graham (Andy),Wagoner, OK, Annie Jones (Dave), Jenks, OK, Sally Boyd (David), Oklahoma City, OK, and Robin Shilt (Adam), Tulsa, OK; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be said 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 10, 2012 at Church of the Resurrection. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Madonna House through Catholic Charities, Cornerstone Hospice or Day Center for the Homeless.
