Dorothy McFadden, longtime Tulsa musician and piano teacher, died October 16th at the age of 103. She had a love for music that kept her young at heart. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Ron McFadden; her parents, John and Margaret McCall, and her sister Ruth Hughes. She's survived by her sister, Peggy Wathne of Wichita, KS; two children, Gordon McFadden and family of Seattle, WA and Suzanne Perigo and husband, Ron, of Tulsa. She's also survived by grandson, Dan Gridley and family of Edmond, OK; granddaughter, Elizabeth Favell and family of Tulsa; Mischa Rothstein Martin, granddaughter of Atlanta, GA; Shawna Perry, Krista Mattison, and Marisa Anderson, granddaughters and families of Seattle, WA; 12 great-grandchildren, and friend and caretaker, Ruby McFadden.Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Oct. 20th at Oklahoma Methodist Manor at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the benevolence fund at Oklahoma Methodist Manor where Dorothy was a long term and happy resident.
