Edmond Patrick Lenihan, Jr. ("Eddie") 49, of Tulsa passed away on Good Friday, April 22, 2011 after a 6-month battle with brain cancer. Born May 10, 1961 in Astoria, Queens, NY to Edmond Patrick, Sr. and Patricia (Kelly) Lenihan.
Eddie, a devoted father to two sons, was a Financial Consultant for 28 years. He was a 1979 graduate of Jenks High School and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Oklahoma. He was a First Vice President with RBC Wealth Management, Inc.
Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Edmond Patrick Lenihan, Sr. He is survived by his two sons, Ryan Patrick and Michael Vincent; his mother, Patricia Lenihan; his three sisters and brothers-in-law: MaryBeth and Dr. Lance Smith, Terry and Chris Barton, and Susan and Peter Alavanja; as well as seven nieces and two nephews, all of Tulsa.
Visitation Tuesday, April 26th from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm with Prayer Service at 7:00pm at Fitzgerald's Southwood Colonial Chapel, 3612 E. 91st Street, Tulsa. (918) 291-3500. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 12 noon at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 4001 E. 101st St., Tulsa. Interment immediately following at Calvary Cemetery, E. 91st St. and Harvard Ave, Tulsa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Clarehouse, 7617 S. Mingo Rd., Tulsa (918) 893-6150 ( www.clarehouse.org )
