Obituary

To celebrate and honor the life of Eleonore Bravo
Eleonore was born in Chicago on February 8, 1932 to Thaddeous and Blanche Sadowski. She joined Leonard Bravo in blissful matrimony on August 30, 1952. They were blessed to celebrate 64 years of marriage last year.
The fruits of that marriage resulted in 6 children. Her daughter and son-in-law Linda 'Teri and Hayden Sellers of Goodyear, AZ , her son and daughter-in-law Richard and Barbara Bravo of Twin Falls, Idaho, her daughter and son-in-law Gail and Wayne Evans of Tulsa, her daughter and son-in-law Dianna and Jerry Moskowitz of Tulsa , her daughter and son-in-law Laura and David Alexander of Broken Arrow.
This further resulted in 11 grandsons. David and (Tiffany) Jones, Jason Mishler, Tony and (Hillary) Bravo, Kevin Bravo, Greg and (Isis) Bravo, Daniel Moskowitz, Eric and( Jenna) Adkins, Alex Moskowitz, Tyler Moskowitz, Wyatt Evans, and Ryan Evans. Great grandchildren, Alyssa Mishler Russel, Tori Bravo, Jaxon Bravo, Declan Bravo and Owen Bravo. And most recently a great-great- grandson Braydon Russell.
A job transfer took them from Chicago to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1966. Upon moving to Tulsa, they bought their home and continued raising our family. They have been members of St. Peter and Paul Catholic church since moving to Tulsa
Eleonore worked as a credit analyst for Renberg's for 20 years , retiring in 1990 to spend her Golden Years in retirement with Leonard. Together they enjoyed traveling the country, visiting out of town family and all those special weeks in Branson.
If one is to be measured by the legacy that they leave, then Eleanore was indeed a remarkable woman.
Though small in stature, she was big in heart and strong in determination which was why she was able to raise a large family, then have an outside working career and then be able to enjoy her golden years with her husband and grandchildren.
Eleanore was a beautiful person and will be deeply missed by all that she touched.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery Chapel. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5 - 7 p.m. with a Rosary following at 7 p.m. both at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel.
