Marlow – Elizabeth Jane (Betty) Family matriarch and retired Tulsa County Health Department Administrative Assistant to the Director, passed away Monday, 1/3/11. Betty was born on 7/24/23 to Harriet Rosenbaum and William O'Shea. She met Harry Payne Marlow in 1938. They became best friends and married in 1942.They proudly celebrated their 68th anniversary 11/11/10. She was preceded in death by three of her children, Janis, Christopher, and Lisa Haffener, and one grandson, Eric. She is survived by her husband and children Harry and Sandy Marlow, Tim and Tonya Marlow, Sharon and Tim Flick, Joe Haffener, Eileen Swanson, nephew Michael, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. She was dearly loved for her care and concern for her family, her wit and wisdom, her kind and gentle spirit and for being a source of encouragement to all she encountered.
