Elizabeth Ann Pierce, age 89, died on August 12, 2026 in her home, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on October 23, 1936 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to parents Henry Williams and Carolyn Oldham Williams. She graduated from San Marcos Academy in Texas then furthered her education by attending Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. There, she met her future husband, Wren Leslie Pierce. After a short courtship, she married Leslie Pierce in 1955. They lived in various cities as her husband pursued his career in trust administration. They loved their time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and made wonderful, lifelong friends there. The desire to be near family brought them to Tulsa in 1972. Ann was deeply involved in First Christian Church of Jenks, OK and Trinity Christian Church of Tulsa, OK. She enjoyed playing piano and often accompanied Sunday worship on either piano or the organ. Her family and friends will always remember her as a lovely conversationalist who enjoyed reading, art, food and music.

Ann is survived by Michael W. Pierce, of Tulsa, OK and Kathy Shannon of Broken Arrow, OK. Ann had six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Kincaid of Carmel, IN and Hank Williams (Louise) of Beaumont, TX. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, her husband Leslie and her grandson Sam.

A private graveside funeral is scheduled for August 22, 2026. Flowers and/or memorial donations can be sent to Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel.
