Obituary
Erik Zein, 34, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, passed away with his wife, family and friends by his side at St. John Medical Center, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Sunday, July 22, 2018. He was born on Wednesday, November 23, 1983 in Tulsa, to Twila Kay and Michael Shawn Zein.
Erik graduated from Thunderbird Youth Academy before enlisting in the U.S. Army. After his service, he became a skilled industrial welder. Passionate about his wife, family and friends, he also enjoyed documentaries, hanging out, watching movies, telling stories, and sharing random and bizarre trivia.
He is survived by: his loving wife of four years, Stacey Marie Downing; his mother, Twila Million and stepfather, Joel Million; grandmother, Jean Lowry; siblings, Rachel, Elizabeth, Shawna and Michael; nieces and nephews, Ashley, Destiny, Garrett, Adam, Avery, Caleb, Emma, and Shay; and many other family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father, Michael Shawn Zein.
Visitation will be on Sunday, August 5th, from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m., and Funeral Service will be Monday, 1:00 p.m., both at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 14th and South Boulder Avenue in Tulsa.
