Obituary
Francis D. "Frank" Adams, age 95 of Tulsa, died November 10, 2010. Frank was born on October 21, 1915 to parents Francis J. and Anna (Hussey) Adams in Brooklyn, NY. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine.
Frank honorably served in both the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard. He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church since 1955. He retired in 1982 from his company, Mattoon Moving and Storage. Frank was active in Knights of Columbus, Traffic Club and Irish American Club.
Survivors are his son, Francis (Frank) D. Adams, Jr., of Tulsa, daughter, Kathryn "Kathy" Adams, of The Woodlands, TX, and grandchildren, Molly E. Adams, Darcy C. Adams and Daniel C. Adams, of Tulsa.
Visitation will be 9 AM until 5 PM, Friday, November 12, 2010, at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel. Rosary will be 7 PM Friday, and Funeral Mass 10 AM Saturday, both at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Friends can honor Frank's memory by making donations to Bishop Kelley High School or Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church of Tulsa.
