Frank H. Dunn, Jr., 90, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 29, 1923 to Marguerite and Frank Dunn. Frank, Jr. was a loyal supporter of the University of Tulsa, having been a member of Golden Hurricane Club since 1933. He served as a Technician 3rd Grade in the U.S. Army Signal Corp, Aleutian Islands during WWII. Frank spent his career working in the oil and gas industry beginning with Frank Wheatley Industries. He attended First United Methodist Church where he served as a greeter for many years. He also loved wrestling and the game of golf. Frank was married to the love of his life, Mary T. for 67 years. He is survived by Mary, three daughters and their husbands, Ginny and Jim Furr, Susie and Leo McIntire, Terry and Don Detrich, 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at University Village Theater Room.
