Frank, 55, passed away December 19, 2025. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, October 25, 1970, to Frank Sr. and Judith Gruntkowski. Frank was a loving and proud husband, father, brother, uncle, and son. Frank leaves behind his wife Monica; four children: Sawyer, Hope, Halle, and Sutton; his brother Erik and wife Karen; his sister, Kay; and his father. They will miss his humor, generosity, and handiness greatly. He was a graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law and a brilliant, kind attorney who dedicated his career to the Tulsa community.
