Obituary
Gale E. Plummer, 73 was called home to be with his Lord on May 27, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Gale was born in Wilson, OK to Niles and Estella Plummer. Gale grew up in Tulsa, graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1956, graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1962 with a degree in Architectural Engineering.
Gale was retired from Building Systems of Tulsa, LLC, a business he founded and operated nearly 40 year until recently.
Gale was a longtime member of Southeast Rotary of Tulsa; International Fellowship Christian Businessmen (IFCB) and various other business organizations.
Gale was preceded in death by his parents, Niles and Estella Plummer, a brother Ray and sister, Mary (Harlan).
Gale is survived by his wife Barbara, his son Jay (Susan) Plummer and four grandchildren, Jay, Joshua, Rebecca and Christopher Plummer. He is also survived by brothers Alvin (Raedelle), Floyd (Marilyn) and Leo (Rosalie) Plummer, all of Tulsa.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, June 1 at 10 A.M. at Asbury Mason Chapel in Tulsa.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Asbury Stephen Ministries, Cancer Research or a charity of your choice.
