Baulis, Gertrude F. (Maloney), age 93, died on July 12, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. Born in Boston, MA in 1919, she was the devoted wife of John Baulis who died in 2000, and mother of John, Margaret, Kathleen, Paul, Paula, David and Mark. She is survived by; Twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Known for her easy laugh, adventurous spirit and love of travel (especially vacations by the ocean). Gertrude was devoted to her family and Roman Catholic faith. She was an avid tennis player, participating in mixed doubles matches well into her seventies. The rosary will be said at Fitzgerald's Ivy Chapel, 1402 S. Boulder Ave., Tulsa, OK on Thursday evening at 7PM. Visiting hours at the chapel will be from 5PM to 8PM. The funeral mass will be held 10AM Friday at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 1720 E. Apache St., north Tulsa, where Gertrude regularly attended the Traditional Latin Mass. In lieu of flowers, the family requests masses to be offered or make a contribution to the charity of your choice in her memory.
