Obituary
Gertrude Inez Burson was born June 14, 1918 (Flag Day) to Julius Augustus Burson and Mary Bertha Bash Burson on the same farm as her father. She died on March 21, 2015 in Tulsa, OK.
She taught at Braden School and worked for Douglas Aircraft Company during WWII. She worked for Warehouse Market for years, 6 days a week and only missed one day. She also worked at Tulsa hrome for 15 years and Merle Norman for 12. She loved God, her family, baseball, and quilting.
Services celebrating her life will be held Thursday, March 26th at Fitzgerald's Southwood Funeral Home. Rosary is at 1:00 p.m., followed by viewing and memorial service at 2:00 p.m.
