Glen Mendenhall's Obituary
Glen Mendenhall, 97, of Tulsa, went to be with the Lord, on Thursday, October 25, 2018. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 29, 2018, at Calvary Cemetery.
He was born on January 10, 1921, the son of Carrol and Irene Mendenhall, in Howe, OK.
Glen had worked at the Wonder Bread Bakery for 45 years. Prior to that, he proudly served our country in the United States Navy, during World War II. Over the years, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, and golfing. He bowled two perfect games, and had 3 holes in one at Heritage Hills Golf Course, in Claremore, OK.
Glen is survived by his daughter, Glenda Parton, son, Rick Mendenhall, 7 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Grace, and two sons, Bill, and Mike.In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in Glen's name to Family Choice Hospice, 1429 S. 69th E. Ave, Tulsa, OK 74112.
