Grace Leon Leiter
January 20, 1933 - April 27, 2024
Grace Leon Leiter, born Katherine Leon, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 91 years old. She is preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Jean, her sister, Florence and her beloved husband of nearly 64 years, Bill.
She was completely devoted to her role as wife, mother and grandmother. She was a lifelong lover of music and singing, above all opera, serving as the president of the Tulsa Metropolitan Opera Guild for a period of time. Grace loved her life and her home, and will be greatly missed by those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Roney and husband John, son Milton Leiter and wife Michelle, grandchildren Madelynne and John-John Roney, Walker and Stephanie Leiter, Natalie Leiter, and great-granddaughter Elena Leiter.
In honor of the spectacular care that Grace received during her years at Zarrow Pointe, we encourage you to, in lieu of flowers, make a donation to the Zarrow Pointe Employee Holiday fund.
Grace is now walking with her beloved Bill once more.
A Memorial Service will be Thursday, May 2, 2024, 4 PM, at Zarrow Pointe Burnstein Auditorium.
