Obituary

Guylyn Lucas passed away peacefully Thursday, July 4th at her home.
A native Tulsan Guylyn was born on January 14, 1928 the daughter of Guy and Evelyn Connors. She graduated from Monte Cassino High School and then went to Stephens College for Women in Columbia, Mo. where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. Guylyn joined the prestigious law firm of Conner-Winters as a paralegal.
Guylyn proudly serves as a volunteer at Gilcrease Museum for over twenty years.
She was a world traveler circling the globe three times during her lifetime. She had many dogs that she dearly loved and was a staunch supporter of the Humane Society.
She is survived by her sister Helen of Canada, son Guy of El Paso, TX.
Three grandchildren: Samantha Lucas, Euless, TX, Guy Lucas,Jr.,Charlotte North Carolina and B.J. Cone also of Texas. And five great-grandchildren: Taylor and Tyler Lucas, Harlow and Winter Lucas and Kaitlyn Cohn and by her devoted daughter-in-law Sandy Eberle. The family wishes to give special thanks to Nancy Makar for her exceeding kindness as Guylyn's caretaker.
Lyn was a devout parishioner of Christ the King Church throughout her life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Calvary Cemetery Chapel 91st& Harvard at 10:00AM on Friday July 12th, 2013. A donation to the charity of your choice may be made in her memory.
