Harry Skuy, 59, retired packaging operator of B&H Rag, Inc., died September, 27, 2017. He was born November 29, 1957, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Annette "Dolly" (Rose) and Benjamin Skuy. Harry graduated from Memorial High School and spent his entire working career in the family wiping rag business. Harry had mastered many job positions such as deliveries, packaging and the most adept of any employee at reversing boxes.
Harry has been described by many as a gentle soul, sweet, polite, and had a life well lived and loved by many.
Harry was passionate about his bowling, race cars, the Center for The Physically Challenged, and OU football. When Harry spoke about any of these he would be enthusiastic, especially giving mom the "Hook 'Em Horn" sign, upside down.
Most people would be intimidated about their limitations, but Harry was raised believing he could achieve anything. Although an accident changed the course of his independence, it did not dampen his spirit. As of Wednesday night, Harry is free in a new way.
Harry loved his family would take pleasure in selecting cards and signing them filled with XXOO's! Friends may remember Harry with donations to The Center for The Physically Challenged.
Survivors include his devoted mother Dolly, of the home; little sister Belinda Skuy Ball and brother-in-law Painter Tim Ball; and beloved niece, Hayley Skuy.
