Heather was born November 14, 1984 and passed away September 29, 2021 at the age of 36 at St. John hospital in Tulsa. She attended Memorial High School, Oral Roberts University and Clary Sage College. She was a trained Esthetician. However, working at Therapy Works brought her immense satisfaction and fulfillment. Heather leaves behind her beloved husband Kyle, a Sapulpa Police Department officer, her son Duke, her father Dr. Randy Guthrie of Tulsa, her mother Betty Guthrie of Tulsa, her identical twin sister Heidi Jo Royce of Broken Arrow, OK and many friends and family members.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 4, 2021, from 12:00 - 12:45 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery. The service will be live streamed on her obituary page under the photos and videos tab.
