Helen Sue Brown passed peacefully on August 6,2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was 83. She was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma on January 9,1939, one of four children of Leon and Helen Dennis. She married in 1958 and had two children, David and Diana. She had a forty year career as an executive secretary and business owner, but her passion was her family. She was ambitious, creative and loved to read, paint and research family history. She relished cooking, arts and crafts, and her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Alvin, and her parents Leon and Helen Dennis. She is survived by her two children, David (Kathy) of Kansas City, and Diana (Scott) of Broken Arrow, her sister Kathy (Paul) of Mustang, and brother Ron of Bristow. She was blessed to have six grandchildren and six great-children who she cherished.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 12,2022 at 10am at Fitzgerald's Southwood Colonial Chapel in Tulsa.
