Helen Louise Schreiber Pettigrove, 93, of Tulsa, OK passed away Saturday April 24, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Helen was born on August 11, 1927 in Chandler, OK. She was a graduate of Ward-Belmont and the University of Oklahoma. She loved her sorority and was a lifelong Chi Omega member. She is preceded in death by her husband Bruce Bennett Pettigrove, her parents Leo and Pearl Schreiber, and her sister Lois Demond. She is survived by her daughter Helen (Candy) Pettigrove, son Dr Ben Pettigrove, daughter-in-law Kathleen Pettigrove, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. During her life she was heavily involved in philanthropy efforts with the Tulsa Boy's Home, The Little Lighthouse, and the Children's Day Nursery. Her passions were hunting for and collecting antiques with her husband, playing bridge and traveling the world. A private ceremony with family was held in her honor at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may contribute to The Little Lighthouse in her memory.
