Howard H. (Butch) Peterson, III, 68, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. He was born July 26, 1943 in Vandalia, IL to Howard H. Peterson, Jr. and Norma Campbell who preceded him in death. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962 thru 1965. He was a 1981 graduate of Notre Dame with a Master of Science degree. Howard was retired Sr. Vice-President of Hospital Administration at St. John Medical Center. He is survived by; sister, Jan Singer, Bixby, OK; brother, Steven Peterson, Tulsa, OK and close friend Richard Slattery, Tulsa, OK.
