Ina Allen (Bramlette) Stone, age 97, peacefully passed away Monday, October 19, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. She was born in Laurens, SC, on March 21, 1918, to Elizabeth (Holcombe) and Carl Allen Bramlette, Sr. In 1937, Ina married John Henry Touhey, who passed away in 1941. In 1946, Ina married Charles D. "Chili" Stone. They moved to Tulsa in the late 1940's. They had celebrated 64 years of marriage, when Chili died at the age of 96, in 2010.
Ina was an active volunteer, an avid bridge player, and belonged to numerous civic and social organizations including: Tulsa Boys Home, Tout le Monde, garden club, several bridge groups, and the Southminster Presbyterian Church. She was listed in "Who's Who in Tulsa" for her civic and volunteer activities.
Ina is survived by her brother, Carl A. Bramlette, Jr.; son, Dr. John E. Touhey; daughters, Pat Frank and Pam Weatherholt; as well as seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa. The family suggests donations to honor Ina's memory be made to: Tulsa Boys Home, Box 1101, Tulsa, OK 74101, or to a favorite charity.
