Isabella (Belle) Josephine Perricone Conner
Belle, 97, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister passed away February 13, 2021. She was born to Eugene and Antonina (Milone) Perricone in Manhattan, New York, on Friday, January 11, 1924. The oldest of four children she was named Isabella after her father's mother, as is the Italian tradition.
In 1943, during World War II, while visiting the Statue of Liberty with her cousins, she met Eudell Conner; a sailor from Oklahoma who was on leave. In March 1944, they were married. They shared a life together for 67 years until Eudell preceded her in death.
Belle is survived by her three children: Thomas and daughter-in-law Carol Conner of Florida, Donna and son-in-law Stephen Rabenaldt of Tulsa, Michael and daughter-in-law Kathy Conner of Broken Arrow, seven grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Belle retired from Boeing and was immensely proud to have supported the efforts of placing the first man on the moon and the launching of the Space Shuttle. The last several years Belle was a very active and vibrant resident of The Parke Assisted Living Community.
Belle had a deep-rooted faith in the Catholic Church and was a founding member of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Tulsa.
She will be deeply missed by all those whose life she touched.
